Job Title: Accounting and Finance Officer

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of professional experience in accounting and finance roles within a corporate environment.

About the Role:

Our organization is looking for highly motivated and experienced finance officers who can manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Candidates should be able to assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounting Transactions: Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Closings: Assist in closing monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Taxation: Handle taxation matters and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or professional certification preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting/finance role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and corporate finance. Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
