Production Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.

  1. Plan and schedule production processes to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Maintain high quality standards while minimizing costs.
  3. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  4. Evaluate product quality and implement quality controls.
  5. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
  6. Verify compliance with relevant SOPs in the workplace.
  7. Process production orders and manage receipt of raw materials or dispatch of finished goods accordingly.
  8. Implement spillage control measures and emergency response plans.

Maintain alignment with ISO-9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO-14001:2015 Environmental Management System & ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 50001 Energy management system at production floor/office.

Job Requirements
  1. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices at production floor.
  2. Production planning expertise.
  3. Knowledge of textile application fields.
  4. Awareness of ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.
