Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager & Support Lead to join our growing team and take ownership of two critical areas:

  1. Driving the product roadmap for AI-powered e-commerce and operations.

  2. Leading customer onboarding and support to ensure seller success.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product management and customer success. You'll make sure sellers are onboarded smoothly, supported effectively, and that their feedback drives quick, impactful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Success

○ Lead structured onboarding sessions to ensure sellers integrate quickly and unlock value.

○ Document onboarding pain points and ensure they translate into product fixes or improvements.

Customer Support Leadership

○ Oversee the support function, ensuring timely resolution of seller queries.

○ Spot recurring friction points in tickets and escalate them into "fast-fix" features.

● Product Discovery

○ Participate in sales and integration calls to understand partner needs and identify opportunities.

○ Maintain a strong feedback loop between support, onboarding, and product teams.

● Roadmap Ownership

○ Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and seller challenges.

○ Balance quick wins (support-led features) with long-term strategic initiatives.

● Product Development Leadership

○ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to launch scalable features.

● Documentation & Delivery

○ Write clear user stories, define scope, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle in Jira and Confluence.

● AI & Automation Focus

○ Contribute to AI agent workflows, pricing intelligence tools, and listing automation features.

Requirements

● 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce.

● Experience leading customer onboarding and/or customer support teams.

● Strong customer empathy and ability to extract insights from support, sales, and usage data.

● Exposure to AI, ML, or automation-driven features (a plus, not essential).

● Familiarity with second-hand, vintage, or wholesale e-commerce models.

● Skilled in Agile product development and tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
