Closer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Closing professional to engage with prospects through warm and inbound calls to discuss final expense coverage.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on plan options, benefits, and pricing to address their specific needs.
- Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to a confident buying decision.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up‑to‑date client records in our CRM.
- Maintain Monthly and Weekly Goals.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in tele sales or insurance closing (final expense experience a plus).
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a client‑centric mindset.
- Comfortable working nights (7 PM–5 AM) in a collaborative office environment.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and self‑motivation.
