Job Title: Clinical Nurse Leader
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team in the planning and implementation of local guidelines, protocols, and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical leader in the delivery of practice nursing services to patients, ensuring that the needs of the patient are the priority.
- Promote the role of the nursing teams in the provision of care.
- Support the development of others in order to maximize staff potential.
- Take responsibility for own development, learning, and performance.
- Work as an effective and responsible team leader, supporting others and exploring new ways of working.
- Monitor unit-based quality indicators.
Requirements:
- BSN/General Nursing Diploma with Specialty or higher relevant education and valid PNC.
- Must have experience in labor room.
