Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth in software sales and secure high-value contracts.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through diverse channels such as market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent generation of high-quality leads and measurable conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on the software or tech sales industry.
  • Proven success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing high-value contracts, particularly in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other business development platforms for effective outreach and lead management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and establish credibility with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
