As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-led decision making within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the development of reporting solutions, ensuring financial transparency, and collaborating across departments to streamline processes.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for data, financial analytics, and cross-functional problem-solving in a fast-paced tech environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational finance needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Reconciliation & Accuracy: Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across internal systems and external platforms.
  • Process Improvement Projects: Identify opportunities to optimize manual processes and lead automation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments to support their data needs, enabling real-time decision making through robust BI solutions.
  • Financial Visibility & Strategic Insights: Support senior leadership with C-level dashboards and executive summaries by consolidating multi-source data into actionable insights.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & POCs: Respond to evolving business needs through one-time analyses, proof-of-concept reports, and special projects tied to growth, compliance, or financial strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or FP&A roles.
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's OR Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
  • Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, or similar certifications is preferred.
