Product Architect

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of ServiceNow modules and Reckitt entitlements to achieve business objectives. The Product Architect will contribute to Reckitt's product strategy, aligning the ServiceNow platform capabilities with the company's business strategy and roadmap.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the ServiceNow product architecture, security, and health within Reckitt, focusing on the Strategic Portfolio Management module. They will work closely with the Reckitt ServiceNow product manager and platform team, as well as other product and platform owners.

  • Ensure ServiceNow Derives Full Value: Develop and implement a product architecture that maximizes the use of ServiceNow features and entitlements.
  • Contribute to Reckitt's Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of the ServiceNow platform capabilities with Reckitt's business strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive Continual Improvements: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, driving continuous improvements in the ServiceNow product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical leadership of the ServiceNow product within Reckitt.
  • Creation of reusable components (e.g., APIs), automations, and integrations.
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders to influence other product line and platform roadmaps.
  • Driving continual improvements with ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements
  • Deep functional and technical expertise on ServiceNow platform, data model, app development, scripting, and integrations.
  • Experience in Technical Architecture, design, and solutions on ServiceNow, including Service Portal and mobile app.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Modules, especially SPM; experience with other modules like ITSM, HRSD is a plus.
