About the Role

This is a hands-on technical position that involves supporting and maintaining our company's IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and efficient operations of all infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless transition from G-suite to M365.
  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  • Administer and manage Active Directory (AD) environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
  • Oversee Active Directory replication, domain controllers, and security configurations.
  • Configure, manage, and maintain DNS and DHCP servers for the organization's network.
  • Administer and configure Cisco routers, switches, and networking hardware.
  • Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  • Manage and maintain virtualized environments using Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Configure virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage systems within the Hyper-V environment.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
  • Manage backup systems and ensure data recovery procedures are up to date and tested regularly.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including setup, configuration, and patch management.
  • Monitor server health, manage performance, and troubleshoot server-related issues.
  • Ensure proper security configurations, including the application of security patches and updates.
  • Manage and troubleshoot server hardware, including installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Assist with hardware procurement, lifecycle management, and ensure all systems are operational.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Cisco routers, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hardware management.
  • Previous experience in disaster recovery planning and execution is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 migration, setup, and troubleshooting.
