About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling both inbound sales and customer support via phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for placing outbound calls to suppliers, confirming equipment pricing and availability, and handling inbound customer sales inquiries.
  • You will also be expected to maintain and update supplier accounts and pricing in our software system, as well as collaborate with the strategic partnerships team to ensure effective communication.
