Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Lahore. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Qualifications
- Sales consulting and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Newbies with lack of experience are welcome to apply
