  2. Onboarding and Engagement: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
  3. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, handle payroll, and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Performance Evaluations: Support performance evaluations, including setting goals, providing feedback, and tracking progress.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
