Assistant Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Director – Project Management Unit (PMU) in our Specialized Companies Division based in Islamabad. This is a contractual appointment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, finance, commerce, economics, project management, or a closely related field. A Master's or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.

At least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience is necessary. Experience in development projects or donor-funded projects is preferred.

The maximum age limit for this position is 35 years as of the last date of application submission. However, candidates with 3+ years of experience with a regulator are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation.

The contract duration is 4 years initially, extendable for 1 additional year based on performance and project needs.
