Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong technical accounts management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients, and leading teams effectively. Candidates with a development background will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage prospective business leads and convert them into clients.
  2. Coordinate effectively at the client end and act as a technical accounts manager.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — attending meetings, gathering requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Communicate project expectations clearly across internal teams and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  5. Collaborate closely with development teams to translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
  6. Monitor project performance, analyze risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Prepare project reports and present them to stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Facilitate smooth collaboration between teams, resolving conflicts or obstacles at the team level.
  9. Support the project team by organizing meetings, facilitating communication, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
  10. Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Technical Accounts Management.
  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Technical background or prior development experience is highly advantageous.
  8. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

  • Experience working in IT/software development environments.
