PEGA Development Manager

As a Senior PEGA Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge PEGA applications.
Job Requirements- A minimum of 7 years of experience in PEGA application development and deployment.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration methodologies.
- Experience working with remote and offshore resources as a manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Active participation in designing and developing CRM applications.
- Pega Certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft and building integrations with Salesforce.
- Bachelor's Degree.
