Upwork Bidder Expert Job Opportunity

As an experienced Upwork Bidder Expert, you will be responsible for identifying high-value projects and crafting compelling proposals to secure clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bid on high-value projects on Upwork & Bark.
  2. Craft problem-solving proposals to attract and secure clients.
  3. Handle end-to-end client communication, from lead generation to deal closure.
  4. Conduct presentations and negotiations.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in Upwork bidding & client acquisition.
  2. Strong English writing & verbal communication skills.
  3. Expertise in client assessment and understanding pain points.
  4. Experience in proposal writing & handling international clients.
  5. Confidence in achieving sales targets & excellent collaboration skills.
  6. Certifications in English or Upwork (preferred).
