Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to drive financial visibility and strategic decision-making through effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Reporting & Analysis:
    • Lead monthly expense reviews in partnership with department leaders
    • Analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations to management; oversee the implementation of agreed actions
    • Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and dashboards
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
    • Maintain and enhance financial models to support business planning
    • Consolidate inputs from business units and ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
  • Executive & Board Presentations:
    • Support the development of Board of Directors and Executive Management presentations
    • Deliver high-quality analysis and visuals to highlight key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
    • Translate complex financial information into clear, strategic messaging
  • M&A and Ad Hoc Analysis:
    • Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, market expansion, and capital allocation
    • Act as the finance team project manager for M&A transactions
    • Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and investment ROI assessments
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and model financial impacts
  • Process Improvement & Systems:
    • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and forecasting processes
    • Support implementation or enhancement of financial planning systems and tools
    • Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
