As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our products.   • Introduce and implement automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and AI-driven testing tools (such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to increase coverage and productivity.">
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, utilize advanced test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira), and ensure our QA processes stay ahead of industry trends.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy.">
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.">
  • Proficiency in using test management tools like TestRail and project tracking tools like Jira.">
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools) and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions.">
  • You have a track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams, and you excel at mentorship and people development.">
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and an aptitude for critical thinking and detail-oriented work.">
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.">
