Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries efficiently.

You will also be required to document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily, and collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations, and proficiency in using computers and customer service software.

Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
