
Amazon Performance Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon professional to manage our clients' stores and develop strategies to drive growth. Your primary responsibility will be to find reliable suppliers, negotiate the best prices, and ensure consistent cash flow through the sale of products that continue to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a competitive strategy to boost product orders
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes, such as Amazon's algorithm updates, and apply your expertise to inform our online strategy
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve catalogue issues
- Familiarity with product launches, listing optimization, and PPC advertising
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of external traffic and its impact on sales
- Design and manage discount coupons and bundle campaigns
- Maintain A+ content and keep the store up to date
- Coordinate FBA shipments, including reconciliations and reimbursement
- Ensure knowledge of Amazon policies and compliance with listing requirements
- Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve critical issues
- Conduct competitor analysis and propose a growth strategy
- Manage product reviews and seller feedback to foster growth
- Optimize product listings for Amazon and users to improve search rankings and drive sales
- Improve product visibility to shoppers to increase orders
- Develop a focus on Amazon PPC advertising, including Product Display Ads, Sponsored Products, and Headline Search Ads
- Prepare flat files and maintain strong knowledge of keyword research using various tools
- Bachelor's Degree required; at least 2 years of experience working in the Amazon EU & JP market
