Export Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced export operations coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade and logistics, with a proven track record of managing complex shipments and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Negotiate with shippers, agents, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
  • Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
  • Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
  • Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with dispatch environment.
  • Strong negotiation and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to supervise employees working shifts.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of downstream fuel supply chain is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process enforcement experience/process improvement and redesign experience.
  • Three to five years of direct experience directly responsible for managing teams and team dynamics.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people within the company and with outside vendors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contract development and management and inventory management applications.
Work Environment:

Our company is based in Sialkot, Pakistan.
