Content and Proposal Strategist

We are seeking a content and proposal strategist to develop high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs across various platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and submitting proposals that meet all submission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on current and future markets to identify new opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with proposal managers.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout) and maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.
A strong understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation is essential for this role, along with excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
Requirements:- Education: A degree in English language & Literature is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding is preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
