Bakery Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our food service department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery products and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

1. Plan and prepare daily and next-day menu requirements.
2. Receive ingredients and supplies from the storage area as needed.
3. Create sugar paste, icing, cream mixtures, fondants, and meringues for decorating and special mold formation.
4. Bake a variety of cakes with intricate designs and write on them when required.
5. Produce delicious bakery items while ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and stock rotation of stored items in fridges and freezers.
7. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of bakery products and report damages, waste, and theft to supervisors.
8. Clean equipment, utensils, and bakery areas according to the 'clean as you go' principle.
9. Coordinate routine cleaning activities with supervisors.
