A highly skilled HR professional is required to join our team in a key role, focusing on the growth and development of early education across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the establishment and implementation of local HR strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders, addressing employee relations and performance management cases as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the US-based HRBP team to apply performance frameworks, share insights from the field, and influence people strategy.
  • Design and implement effective systems for compliance and accountability, creating clarity in ambiguity through sound judgment and high autonomy.
Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in HR leadership, with expertise in policy development and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices in Pakistan.
  • Fluency in using modern tech stacks (e.g., Slack, Google Docs) for documentation and collaboration.
