Human Resources Associate Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment practices, HR policies, and labor laws. They will also possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing and selecting top talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee relations and address concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Manage benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in payroll processing and compliance tasks to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive business growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR policies, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
