We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Automotive Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of our reception area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. They will also be proficient in handling receptionist duties and managing office equipment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, making a positive impression on behalf of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records

To succeed in this position, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; experience in an administrative role is an asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
