Lead Strategist

We are seeking a Lead Strategist to develop and implement creative strategies for our advertiser's creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief Interpretation: Understands client strategy and research questions, formulating productive questions to guide investigation.
  • Research:
    • Conducts robust intel gathering from across the web and resources, synthesizing disparate signals to understand cultural change.
    • Identifies and researches potential Creator partners based on influence, reach, and alignment with our brand values and target audience.
    • Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies related to KOL partnerships.
    • Data Analysis: Mines data to produce fresh insights using our tech-stack.
    • Storytelling: Authors logical presentation narratives to illustrate insights and inform client direction.
    • Relationships: Fosters communication across project teams and with clients by presenting and discussing strategy work.
    • Accepts increased responsibility and independence in carrying out important projects, becoming a valued contributor to the team.
