Job Description

This role involves managing market functions, people and administration to support business growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Territory planning to ensure optimal coverage, infrastructure, visibility and service levels.
  • Identifying and seizing market opportunities by building strong business cases and securing necessary investments.
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with distributors to drive growth.
  • Managing trade spends effectively to maximize results through innovative deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, monitor, motivate and drive performance using selling tools and incentive programs.
  • Coach FSA's on Mars Sales & Distribution systems to enhance productivity.
  • Implement structured training to continually upskill the FSA team.
