Marketing Innovator

The role of the Marketing Innovator involves driving various marketing initiatives, enhancing school communications, and increasing overall brand pull to drive admission growth across schools in India. To achieve this goal, the incumbent will be responsible for handling the onboarding of new schools, including branding, communication ecosystems, and marketing activations.

A key responsibility of the Marketing Innovator will be to ideate and implement marketing strategies to increase admission inflow across schools in India. This will involve developing new GTM campaigns, involving ideation, content creation, channel planning, and implementation to meet monthly lead targets.

The Marketing Innovator will also manage lead nurturing through effective and customized marketing content. In addition, they will support school marketing teams in ATL and BTL market activation efforts, creating marketing collaterals (emailers, brochures, infographics, videos) for different stages of the customer journey.

A strong understanding of digital marketing and performance analytics is required for this role. The Marketing Innovator should also have strong content writing skills and PR experience. Additionally, knowledge of graphic design, visual identity, and experience creating marketing collateral are essential.
