About the Role:

As a Full Cycle Account Executive, you will:

  • Develop Prospects: Engage in proactive outreach by cold calling, sending strategic emails, or connecting on LinkedIn.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Take complete ownership of the sales process from developing prospects to closing deals with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Achieve Results: Leverage our structured and proven sales methodology to consistently exceed your KPIs and drive record-breaking commissions.
  • Innovate & Iterate: Constantly refine your strategies and techniques to connect with prospects and overcome obstacles.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of full sales cycle experience in B2B environments.
  • Ability to make high-volume outreach and consistently hit KPIs.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with CRM platforms and experience in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
