Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive revenue and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in executing lead-gen campaigns and improving metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on investment. They will also possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and paid media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that support revenue and lead-generation goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving digital channels to continuously enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on quarterly and annual planning.
Campaign Management
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and web.
  • Manage ad spend and improve conversions across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Build email nurturing sequences with automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on KPIs across traffic, lead generation, cost per lead, and conversion.
  • Present actionable insights and marketing ROI to leadership regularly.
  • Audit and refine campaign assets and marketing funnels for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in executing lead-gen campaigns and improving CPL/CTR/ROI metrics.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (Go High Level, HubSpot, etc.), marketing automation, and paid media strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), SEO/SEM, and A/B testing.
