We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and meetings
  • Analyze and validate data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
