We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an assistant event coordinator. This role involves working closely with the event manager to plan and execute various events across the city.

Key Responsibilities

This includes tasks such as coordinating logistics, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all events run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills. They should also be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing circumstances.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Assist the event manager in planning and executing events, including developing timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
