Your Mission

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close opportunities with companies seeking digital transformation, enabling them to harness the power of modern technology through our IT consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT consulting services (ERP, cloud, automation, custom software).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple industries.
  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
