Product Design Lead Role

We are seeking a Product Design Lead to join our team.

  • Take ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for software and product development projects.
  • Drive deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Break down feature requests into user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with product, development, and business teams to leverage AI and no-code/low-code platforms to translate ideas into actionable features.

As a Product Design Lead, you will combine hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  2. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  3. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  4. Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a software development agency or tech startup.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design.
  • Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies, including AI and no-code platforms e.g. Framer, Webflow, bubble.io, Jira.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
