The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of Urdu language instructional materials for primary grades, driving educational excellence and student success.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead a team of developers and designers in creating curricula for Urdu language instruction, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Guide content writers and graphic designers in developing engaging and interactive instructional materials, adhering to research-based best practices.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework, adapting it as needed to reflect emerging research and trends.
  • Conduct needs assessments of Urdu language instruction to identify areas for improvement, informing curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Design and develop high-quality resources for Urdu language instruction, catering to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create immersive themes for instructional materials, incorporating original characters, scenarios, narratives, and stories.
  • Develop e-learning content to enhance teacher capacity and promote effective instructional practices, reflecting evidence-based best practices.
  • Investigate and implement innovative instructional delivery methods and pedagogical strategies to foster deeper learning among diverse learner groups.
  • Support teachers in developing lesson plans grounded in evidence-based best practices, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students and teachers, actively listening to their concerns and suggestions.
  • Pilot test new content and incorporate user feedback to refine and improve instructional materials before widespread implementation.
  • Collaborate across departments on various projects, including curriculum development, syllabi, student learning outcomes, testing, and related activities.
