**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nationwide Operations Support Expert to manage end-to-end relationships with TowerCo, telecom vendors including OEMs. This role is critical in ensuring that vendor engagements are aligned with business goals, meet performance standards, and deliver maximum value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure the timely procurement of telecom spares, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain accurate records to support uninterrupted network operations.
  • Track and manage operational escalations and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Telco Operators, TowerCos, and OEMs.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom hardware and network components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
