Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely settlement of dispatch salaries and maintaining accurate records of receipt.
- Providing regular sales data to the General Manager in the required format.
- Sharing recovery and sales figures with Branch Managers on demand, without delay, in the specified formats.
- Maintaining accurate records of PRs and bank deposit instruments, and providing collection details as needed for reconciliation by Head Office colleagues.
- Keeping a proper record of customer ledgers received.
- Verifying EER and making deductions in accordance with company policy, then entering the information into the system and dispatching it to Head Office.
- Checking freight expenses in line with company policy, making deductions if extra miles are charged by transporters.
- Validating all import-related expenses.
- Forwarding all expenses to the Head Office and ensuring follow-up.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of expenses.
