We are seeking a senior professional to lead the operation and maintenance of gas metering equipment. The successful candidate will oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of natural gas measuring equipment at industrial gas meter stations and town border stations.

  1. The selected individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling processes to optimize manpower utilization and meet established time schedules.
  2. They will manage gas volume sales to bulk customers and supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of gas turbine meters at customer meter stations.
  3. The ideal candidate will also oversee the operations, maintenance, and calibration of electronic volume correctors and turbine output correctors installed at various customer meter stations and natural gas installations.
  4. Key responsibilities include maintaining optimal spares availability, procuring gas meters and equipment, preparing malfunctioning advice and volumes, and ensuring timely input into the customer care and billing system.
  5. In addition, the selected individual will develop and implement key performance indicators for each area of responsibility and undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to contribute to the team's overall success.
  • A thorough understanding of supervisory management systems, town border stations, distribution management systems, and other relevant systems is essential.
  • Expertise in gas transmission and distribution is also required.

Candidates with a strong background in mechanical, telecommunication, or mechatronics engineering are preferred. A master's degree is an advantage. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance of gas meters and equipment used in the oil and gas sector.
