About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned CRM expert to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  • Customization and Development: Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  • Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Soft Skills:
