As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional front-desk service to visitors and employees. Your role is crucial in maintaining our professional image and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor logbooks and issue security passes
- Mail & Courier: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings and calendars
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical duties and data entry
- Office Maintenance: Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Information Hub: Provide accurate company information to visitors
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service providers and suppliers
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
