Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional front-desk service to visitors and employees. Your role is crucial in maintaining our professional image and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and professionally
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor logbooks and issue security passes
  • Mail & Courier: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings and calendars
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical duties and data entry
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Information Hub: Provide accurate company information to visitors
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service providers and suppliers
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation
