About the Position

We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive business growth and execution of territory plans aligned with Area/Regional objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to achieve territory level targets, as well as ensuring distributor operations meet established standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to establish strong relationships with trade members and distributors, focusing on preferred groups such as loyalty outlets and local trade unions.

You will also be required to build effective working relations with distributors, driving positive shifts in the business through people and process improvements.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop team members through mentoring and support.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in distribution and sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Key skills include trade marketing, customer engagement, account management, and field operations.
