**Warehouse Management Overview**

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This involves ensuring timely delivery, effective stock management, and optimal warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the distribution, movement, and storage of goods.
  • Review current stock levels based on forecasted demand, actual sales trends, and expected stock levels to avoid product shortages and overstocking.
  • Manage and supervise warehouses and Goods Storage facilities to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Implement and manage systems for tracking incoming and outgoing finished goods, including inventory management and order processing.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained for all goods in and out of storage, including orders for distribution and incoming deliveries.
Job Specifications:
  • Establish and maintain efficient security protocols, stock control measures, and optimum storage conditions for all company product lines.
  • Accurately record and track damaged stock returns, including the nature of the damage, and free stock issues with their corresponding reasons (e.g., sales, promotions, replacement of damaged stock, etc.).

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
