Senior Android Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Android Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality Android applications. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering innovative mobile solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing high-quality Android applications using Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Delivering innovative mobile applications that meet the needs of our users.
  • Providing exceptional user experiences through understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of development processes and code.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Android Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and relevant libraries.
  • Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for integration.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and commitment to delivering intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
