Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

WorkTech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bidding on Upwork projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

You will leverage your technical expertise to craft compelling proposals, communicate effectively with potential clients, and provide tailored solutions based on their needs. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Upwork Bidding: Identify, bid, and manage projects on Upwork with a strategic focus on securing high-quality contracts across various domains.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through outstanding customer service, regular follow-ups, and prompt communication.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base, increase revenue, and meet sales targets.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their needs.
  5. Market Research: Monitor and report on sales performance, bid success rates, and project outcomes. Analyze trends to optimize future bidding strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT/Tech sector or as a Business Development Executive.
  2. Strong experience and success in bidding and winning projects on Upwork.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
