Full Stack Senior Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Developer to lead and execute software projects for clients in the United States. You will work on web and mobile development, manage a team of junior developers, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of web applications using modern technologies like PHP Laravel, React, etc.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets industry standards.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development.
  • Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide feedback to improve their skills.
  • Ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met by implementing effective project management strategies.
  • Implement APIs, third-party tools, and security protocols to enhance application performance and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of professional development experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Strong expertise in PHP Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React/Vue/Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git, API integrations, and deployment pipelines.
  • Good understanding of user interface/user experience (UI/UX) principles to create engaging user experiences.
  • Experience in managing small teams is highly desirable.
