About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative where you will play a key role in guiding clients through a consultative sales process via 15-20 minute phone calls to navigate the complex services market.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on utilities and home services for their new homes or apartments.
  • Interact professionally, courteously, and intelligently with clients over phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Manage client pipelines by making outbound calls, texts, and emails daily.
  • Track client interactions, purchases, and requirements within the technology platform.
  • Maintain daily diligence to achieve personal and team production goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to communicate in a friendly yet confident manner, leading the conversation.
  • Decisiveness – ability to decide quickly as someone's advisor builds trust.
  • Owner mentality, being relational, driven, disciplined, and coachable.
  • Self-motivated, willing to put in work to succeed, always up for friendly competition.
  • Excelled in phone sales roles in both production and sales activity. Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Acts in best interest of clients, balancing revenue and activity targets.
  • High self-confidence and quick learner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Phone Sales or Customer Service, call center role work experience.
  • Motivated by achieving goals, paying bills, providing for family, or making money.
  • Personal or work experience showcasing ability to make confusing concepts easier to understand or engaging in difficult conversations.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 10AM-6PM EST
  • All major American holidays: closed
  • All local holidays: covered
