Dynamic HRIS Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive HRIS professional to join our organization in the telecommunications industry.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our Human Resources (HR) functions through innovative HR Information Systems (HRIS) solutions. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our HR systems are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
You'll lead projects that optimize our current HR systems and implement new technologies that keep us ahead of the curve.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and management of the HRIS and related technologies, collaborating with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems, designing and enhancing HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership, and providing training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience working with HRIS systems is essential, preferably in the telecommunications industry. You should have a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
You'll also need excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
