**Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning
  1. Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per faculty workload policy.
  2. Foster critical thinking, debate, and rational discussion among students.
  3. Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements.
Assessment and Feedback
  1. Set, mark, and assess coursework and examinations.
  2. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.
Mentoring and Support
  1. Act as a mentor for 15-20 students.
  2. Support students in achieving their academic goals.
Administrative Tasks
  1. Update student records and maintain accurate attendance data.
  2. Participate in departmental and university committees as required.
