- Conducting independent research, acting as principal investigator and project leader when necessary.
- Supervising and managing the work of others in research teams, projects, or as PhD supervisor when required.
- Writing or contributing to publications, and disseminating findings through various media channels.
- Seeking practical applications for research outcomes.
A key aspect of this role is the provision of mentorship and support to students, particularly those participating in the Riphah Mentoring Program. As a mentor, you will offer guidance and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
